The Personal Ministries Department aims to equip and empower church members to engage in evangelism by effectively sharing the Seventh-day Adventist faith. This is achieved through various ministries, including Bible studies, small group discussions, personal witnessing, and preaching.
Purpose and Objectives
The department exists to facilitate every member in joyfully sharing their journey of faith and obedience to Jesus Christ by providing training in the following areas:
- Effective Witnessing: Teaching members how to share their personal testimonies and experiences of faith.
- Bible Study Facilitation: Equipping members with skills to conduct engaging and enlightening Bible studies.
- Communicating Christ’s Love: Providing guidance on how to discuss Jesus and His love for humanity in relatable ways.
- Faith Defence: Preparing members to respond thoughtfully to questions about their faith and the biblical teachings of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
- Living Witness: Encouraging members to embody the joy of Christ in their daily lives, making their entire existence a testament to His love.
Vision
Our vision is for all members to feel confident and comfortable sharing their experiences of Jesus in ways that reflect their unique personalities and contexts.
Aim
To provide essential resources, training, and support that enable practical and effective sharing of faith with others, fostering a culture of evangelism within the church community.
